For my dissertation research, I was broadly interested in integrating tools from bioengineering and chemical biology with machine learning and statistics to create new diagnostic and therapeutic biotechnologies with clinical promise. My thesis research in Sangeeta Bhatia's lab applied this principle to cancer diagnostics.
