I am generally interested in using deeper mathematical methods to gain further intuition about complex cellular systems via both data and models. Currently, on the side of data, I am visualizing protein expression data using topological methods (MAPPER, persistent homology, and dynamical system reconstruction), and pursuing complementary geometric methods to aid visualization. On the side of models, I also work on describing biological reaction networks models via the same geometric and topological language, such as in Chemical Reaction Network Theory. I am a member of the Sorger lab at Harvard Medical School.
