Natalie Ferris

5th Year Graduate Student in Biophysics
I am completing the Harvard-MIT HST Medical Engineering and Medical Physics PhD program through Harvard Biophysics. I am currently working on modeling magnetic stimulation of peripheral nerves. I am interested in understanding how asymmetries in electromagnetic fields can be used to induce a desired peripheral nerve response. Before Harvard I graduated from Dickinson College with a degree in Physics and a concentration in Ballet from CPYB. Outside of lab I enjoy spending time outside (running, swimming, biking, hiking, skiing, etc), ballet, and ceramics.
