Dissertation Title: Single-Cell Genomics of Human Cancer
PhD Dissertation Advisor: Dr. Eliezer Van Allen, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
As a graduate student in the Harvard Biophysics PhD program I worked in the lab of Eliezer Van Allen at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where we applied genomic approaches to understanding cancer. My projects focused on single-cell datasets from advanced prostate and kidney cancers, structural variants in testicular germ cell tumors, and relationships between the inherited and somatic genomes. Professionally, I'm a big fan of resampling based methods and python. Unprofessionally, I enjoy mountains, especially out west, fresh bread, and Trident Booksellers & Cafe.
