**Dissertation Title:**  Geometry of Single-Cell Multiplex Data Reflects Biophysical Processes in Cells **PhD Dissertation Advisor:** Dr. Peter Sorger, Dept. of Systems Biology, Harvard Medical School I have been generally interested in using deeper mathematical methods to gain further intuition about complex cellular systems via both data and models. During my PhD research, on the side of data, I visualized protein expression data using topological methods (MAPPER, persistent homology, and dynamical system reconstruction), and pursued complementary geometric methods to aid visualization. On the side of models, I also worked on describing biological reaction networks models via the same geometric and topological language, such as in Chemical Reaction Network Theory.
