**Dissertation Title:** Defining Endothelial Cell Functional Heterogeneity and Plasticity Using Single-Cell RNA-Sequencing **PhD Dissertation Advisor:** Dr. Elazer Edelman, Health Sciences & Technology Program, Harvard & MIT Aditya studied the use of endothelial cell-derived biomarkers to characterize and predict clinical outcomes in transplanted organs. He received his BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013 with a double major in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Biology. His primary research interests were in computational discovery of circulating and tissue-derived biomarkers using high-dimensional biological data sets and in predictive modeling of clinical outcomes. He was particularly interested in clinical applications to cardiovascular medicine, critical care medicine, and emergency medicine.
